This book is about a young girl named Gigi whose mom is an entrepreneur. Gigi is struggling with understanding why her mom has to work so much. When Gigi's teacher gives her class an assignment to write a parent essay Gigi is sad that her mom does not have an exciting job and is not a teacher or a doctor like some of her other friends parents. Gigi has a talk with her teacher and realizes that her mom is not just a worker she is a boss. She can maker her own schedule and she runs her business how ever she likes.
My mom is an entrepreneur too so I really liked this book. This book can help kids see that their parents work hard and sometimes a lot all because they want to one day be able to spend more time with their families. I recommend this book to other kids. Especially kids whose parents are entrepreneurs.
